Vest Riga
Riga residents' favorite city bar Vest resides on the left side of the Daugava River in the market. The drink menu features locally brewed Rocketbean coffee, lemon/thyme and rhubarb homemade lemonades, craft beers and ciders, wines from various countries, sparkling drinks, and, of course, cocktails. Vīnkalnu picērija
For 15 years, the Zentiņu family has been baking authentic Italian pizzas at their countryside home in Beverīna Municipality at the open-air pizzeria Vīnkalni. Āgenskalns Market is the first place where these delicious, oven-baked pizzas can be regularly found in the capital city. Woksis
Immediately to the right of the parking entrance is WOKSIS, the first joint venture of father Aigars and son Kristaps. Here, you can assemble your own wok to your taste. The base – noodles, rice or a vegetable mix – can be complemented with meat, shrimp, tofu, mushrooms and other vegetables, crispy toppings and 6 different sauces. The son mastered the art of wok cooking in London, and only grape seed oil is used in preparation.

Bahtijars
Every day in the market courtyard, Bahtijars prepares authentic Uzbek plov with a recipe passed down through generations. It is cooked for four hours with lamb and beef, and yellow carrots are added as a special ingredient. Plov is traditionally served with fresh salad and warm tea. On weekdays, the menu also includes the national Uzbek noodle soup lagman and kharcho, while on weekends, the owner grills lamb or chicken shashlik over coals and steams traditional manti dumplings.
